Ling Wang is a research fellow of implementation science with a focus on public mental health. With a background in nursing practice, psychological counselling, and a PhD from King’s College London, Ling specialises in the design, implementation, and evaluation of brief, scalable mental health and psychosocial interventions for frontline workers and communities. Her research addresses system-level gaps in integrating mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) into routine care, and explores the lived experiences of patients and caregivers, including care needs, burden, and workforce well-being. Ling brings methodological expertise in realist reviews and mixed methods evaluation, and applies a collaborative, practice-oriented approach to advance equitable and sustainable mental and health care delivery. She has contributed to global health initiatives in Kenya, Uganda, India, and Australia, and supports MIND China in strengthening community and frontline MHPSS systems.
