Khulla Mann: Effectiveness of focused psychosocial support to improve the psychosocial well-being and functioning of adults affected by humanitarian crisis

WHO has been developing new focused and scalable psychosocial interventions to support people with severe emotional distress in humanitarian settings. One of the interventions, called Group Problem Management Plus (PM+) provides specific guidance for non-specialized workers to address common psychosocial problems related to exposure to adversity. This project involves the adaptation of the intervention within Nepal, and running a Randomized Controlled Trial to evaluate the intervention.
